• Team lead on the development of the 'Risk Data Fabric' - a bi-temporal Big Data risk aggregation and data management infrastructure for the Global Markets division of Credit Suisse. This formed the basis of several critical regulatory and business deliveries.
• Data modelling and implementation lead delivering a trader surveillance solution for a large Australian bank using Apache Spark. Established a framework for integrating multiple internal trade/order systems, generation of Spark-based transformers to identify issues and creating exception management tools for end-users.
• Senior developer in the RDI (Real-time Data Infrastructure) team, an in-house product tailored to meet the data transformation, aggregation and visualisation requirements of the trading desks at UBS. Lead developer in the rollout of a real-time, globally distributed interest rate curve-building platform that replaced spreadsheet-based solutions.
